Hello!

We are Mary and Harold Hartman at Namtrah Tibetan Spaniels.  People asked how we came up with Namtrah as a kennel name.  All you have to do is spell our last name backwards and you'll know!

We take breeding, raising, training, showing and just enjoying the company of Tibetan Spaniels very seriously. We started in the breed in 1998 and it has been quite      a journey.

We belong to the Tibetan Spaniel Club of America, where Harold is a board member and we are founding members of the Potomac Valley Tibetan Spaniel Club, where we both are officers on the board.  We also belong to Finger Lakes Tibetan Spaniel Association.

We are very proud of everyone of the 50+ champions we have bred and the many Tibbies that have brought so much happiness and joy to families that have received one of our Tibbies.

When inquiring about the purchase of one of our Tibbies you  may be surprised at all the questions we ask but it is because we care very much for this breed and consider each puppy we bring into the world our responsibility for the rest of its long and happy life.  Tibetan Spaniels are known to live 15+ years. Our selection and breeding priorities are very simple; we work to maintain the best temperament, the best conformation and the best health in all our Tibetan Spaniels.
